My Story

I developed my interest in healthy food when my 16-year-old daughter started to eat solids, and I felt lost. Even being born and raised in a natural and organic food environment because I lived in a rural area where my father planted almost all the vegetables and fruits we would consume, I lacked the knowledge of how to prepare and choose the first foods for a baby. This was partly because I felt overwhelmed by the growing number of industrialized products available for this niche.

In 2016, I moved to Vancouver to learn more about this spectacular food world. So I studied at the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition (CSNN). I learned how holistic nutrition can help people prevent so-called acquired diseases like type 2 diabetes, obesity, some kinds of cancers, and heart disease and achieve better well-being and optimal health. We should not have to give up foods we love – we all just need solutions to help us fix the issues or learn the keys to prevention.

I’m a Brazilian-Canadian who graduated from CSNN in 2018. Since then, I have been helping Brazilian immigrants and other nationalities, especially moms, to deal with the changes in health and lifestyle after they decided to take this big step moving to a different culture with different foods and eating habits.
